A less known love of ours is the grape Marzemino, which is harder for us to track down. This still (non sparking) Lambrusco is made from 50% Marzemino, 25% Malbo Gentile & 25% Lambrusco Grasparossa. It's from Emilia Romagna, the home of Lambrusco, parm, balsamic vinegar and dozens of delicious items we love. This has some nice tannins,
