Noyo CharmNew to us, and obtained from the Mendocino Coast Botanical Garden, this hybrid of (R. johnstoneanum x R. veitchianum) x R. moupinense is spectacular. The plant blooms very heavily in early spring, March into April, and will make a mound 5 6 ft. tall and 7 9 ft. wide. The plant becomes somewhat open as it holds leaves for only 1 or 2 years, however the foliage is a nice shiny medium green. The flowers are a light pink with a strawberry flare on the
