Olio Al PeperoncinoHot, organic olive oil flavoured with pepperoncino. The olive oil is of the extra virgin type and is made from Correggiolo olives. We use this oil mainly as a flavour enhancer, always accessible at the table. It is excellent to drizzle over pizza, pasta and risotto, but is also well suitable for dripping into stews or sauces. It provides a lovely heat to the dish without overpowering the other flavours. 250 ml.
