The blue painted is one of Bing & Grndahl's oldest frames, usually painted in the scale shape that both the Empire and Mge frames are painted in, from 1895. This one is painted in a fluted frame shape. The blue painted is Bing & Grndahl's version of the blue painted frame. It is in perfect condition with some wear on the gold on the handle.
