Vintage (50s 60s) clear prong set rhinestone yardage for belts or trim made into a sash with a 1920s 30s black celluloid clasp. The piece can go up to 36" around please let me know what size you need it cut down to, or you can order as is and cut and attach other side of clasp as you need it 1 1 4" wide, clasp adds 3". Small damaged spot missing a couple stones. Sublime with a black bias cut dress!
