Antique Hand-painted Polychrome Plaster HeadI am not sure if this was once the head on a Santos, or doll, or some sort of mannequin or what, but I think it is pretty fantastic, and all the better for the toll time has taken, resulting in the loss of a portion of the outer shell on the face. The effect is to make him (I believe) appear as if a clown or thespian midway in the process of removing his makeup and baring his true self!
