Wings by Carolyn ShattuckThe migrating monarch was added to the red list of threatened species and categorized as endangered by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. Scientists blame the population decline on habitat loss, climate change, and pesticide and herbicide use. I am very concerned about endangered species mainly due to habitat loss and poaching caused by humans. This is my voice to bring awareness of this critical problem.
